NO. If you would like to lose a dress or pant size or look fabulous at a wedding, then this is for you!
4. Do I need to belong to a gym to participate?
NO. UNICUS Fitness will provide you with all the resources that you need without having to have a gym membership.
5. What is the difference between the Wedding Boot Camp Challenge and the Wedding Boot Camp Program?
The Wedding Boot Camp Program is a series of 12 workouts meeting 3 days per week over the course of 4 weeks. Each class runs anywhere between 40-55 minutes and is a total body workout that progressively gets more challenging with each workout. The program utilizes every energy system of the body to get the end result of a smaller, tighter and sexier body.
The Wedding Boot Camp Fitness Challenge is a 3 month health and fitness challenge focusing on decreasing body fat and weight while increasing lean muscle. Participants of the challenge weigh in once per month, attend a goal setting session and a workout. Participants will meet with a fitness professional to set goals and be held accountable for what they are doing (exercise and nutrition wise) between weigh in weeks. There are a total of 4 weigh ins and workouts with the challenge.
Most participants of the challenge will also enroll in the Wedding Boot Camp Program.
6. What is the Launch Party? Should I go?
The Wedding Boot Camp Fitness Challenge Launch Party is a free party for brides, grooms and bridesmaids to find out more about the challenge and talk amongst Chicago wedding vendors and brides. It will be
an evening at Buca Di Beppo Restuarant to enjoy great food, drink, and company. Gather ideas on planning
